I have used the hotel before and my stay this time was much better than the previous time. The improvement was great because on my last visit, I complained about so many facilities and I was really glad that all my complaints were attended to. I had a wonderful stay this time around.

This is a very good hotel with awesome facilities and well furnished rooms. I was welcomed well by the receptionist. Although, there were mosquitoes in my room and I also had problems with the staff at the hotel. Most times, they were slow to respond to requests made. I had a nice time in the end.

My stay at the hotel was not okay, the environment was dirty and the room was sub standard, their staff are not efficient. Water and power supply was not constant and the security system was poor.

Although the hotel is way better than the pictures online, the hotel should try to repair their doors .

I really liked staying at your hotel, good environment, clean room and great meals, just had water problem the next day, I had to go down stairs to get water to take my bathe and it even got worst when the water finished I had to start begging for more water, your hotel is nice but please work on making water available so that people don't go through all this stress to get water.
