My stay at the Hotel was very good. I really love the Hotel. The experience is a memorable one. I will definitely like to visit the Hotel sometime again. The facilities are of high quality and the staff are very dutiful. The Hotel is just on point.

Hotel Ibis has always been a beautiful place with awesome customer service. Nice meals, constant power supply, adequate facilities and so on are always available at the hotel. However, the room I stayed in during last visit (room221) was close to the restaurant and so it was pretty noisy, secondly the bed was too hard.

I was overwhelmed by the beauty of the place. The room is beautiful, very comfortable and convenient. The bathroom is lovely also.,Their food was delicious and affordable, excellent customer service and there was power supply throughout my stay.The hotel is excellent are are totally worth the money spent. I look forward to coming here again sometime.

I did not enjoy my visit to Ibis Royale, the first time I lodged here, it was very awesome but now it was not so nice. The bed in my room was flat and very small. The DSTV was also not functional which really made me sad. I think the hotel lacks proper maintenance and would appreciate it if the hotel management could improve on the maintenance policy.

The only thing good about this hotel is the proximity to the airport. I could only stay one night out of the 7 originally planned. The hotel is untidy and what finally put me off were rats I saw running around othe first floor. I will not use this hotel again.

Again your food is super expensive, I didn't even bother to eat it, N2000 for a plate of food is too much. I was forced to eat elsewhere. It was good stay for me. The quality of the hotel is not in doubt and it is a hotel that I use regularly and I really enjoy the place whenever I visit Nigeria. I like how the place is run and how the customer service works well to attend to the issues guests may be having at the hotel.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel but there was no hot water. My partner was sick and throughout our stay at the hotel, she could not take her bath with cold water and was in need of hot water. The hotel management should look into the issue and ensure that guests can have hot water when they need it.

There is no wifi services at the hotel, no POS machine, the room was not too neat and the bathroom was leaking. The staff was rude, electricity was not constant at all. They need to work on cleanliness, the pos machine, its very important.

the hotel was averagely my standard, i expected better service and functional and impressive stay. the hotel was not as clean as i would have wanted and the shower was not working in my room, we had to use bucket to fetch water for bath which was not cool

My stay at the hotel was good, the hotel's environment was neat and beautiful. Their staff are wonderful people, respectful, patient and swift to respond to all my needs. I had a perfect stay at the hotel. My room was properly ventilated and the light was good. The hotel's attendants were friendly and helpful. Checking in was smooth and the environment was very conducive. It was indeed a perfect stay.

My stay at the hotel was not bad though but there was not anything spectacular about my stay there. The food is too expensive and the taste does not match the required expectation. My meal order did not even come with a bottle of water. The reception I received was just there and the television had limited channels showing on it.

Staying at your nice, I enjoyed myself and had fun, but some of your staff are ill mannered and untrained, many time when we needed something it took a long time, you either go down stairs or keep calling for a long time. I still had fun, nice people because I gave them a rough time but they did not complain, which was very nice. I liked the reception and attention given later that day after I complained.

This hotel is awesome. They have friendly staff and they are also good people, they ensured my stay was hassle free right from check in throughout my stay till the time I checked out. The hotel is a decent one. There was constant power and water supply, the food tasted really nice and it was affordable too. The environment was very quiet and there was a large parking space for vehicles. The security was relatively tight. The staff were friendly and I felt so comfortable like I was in my house.

I made a reservation for a friend here and he complained that the room service was very poor, no towel in the bathroom and they don’t clean up the room early enough. He did not enjoy his stay at all.

Hotel IBIS Royale made my stay in Owerri home away from home, the receptionist, room attendant and kitchen attendant responded promptly to me and with good humour, Good facilities and services were available for me: daily complimentary breakfast, clean swimming pool and standard gym. The serenity of the environment is awesome. However the internet wifi access is strong only on the first floor. Am looking forward to my next visit to Hotel IBIS Royale.

My stay was poor. The hotel seriously needs to work on their standard of hygiene, it's terrible. I spotted a rat in my room and I was appalled. At this point it's not possible I even suggest the hotel to someone else and I definitely won't be going back myself.

Horrible place I have ever been to in my life. There were mosquitos everywhere. The rest room was not clean, even dangerous to health. The hotel should not be more than N1k.

The management of this hotel needs to refurbish the interior and the rooms in this hotel. The exterior of this hotel looks very nice and well secured compared to the interior. I made a mistake making this booking at this hotel instead of the other Ibis. Definitely not going back.

I did not enjoy my stay at Hotel Ibis Royale as I was not able to check in with ease, the receptionist at the hotel felt so reluctant to check in me. The staff at the hotel seem not to be happy with my reservation. Although, the room I was given was quite okay for the money paid.

My experience at the hotel was good, I did not have any issue while checking in, My room was neat and in order when i checked in. But the power supply in the hotel was not so pleasing, I suggest the hotel gets a power saving machine or preferably an Inverter. Also my bathroom was too small and not so comfortable. Have been a fan of your hotel for many years now, my husband and I stay without the country and we always enjoy staying at your hotel any time we are around but I don't like the way we were treated this last visit. I just asked if we could be allowed to check out for 1pm and I was instantly turned down, the person i spoke with did not even ask for reasons but just said no which made me and my husband very sad.

My stay was okay at the hotel. The bed was really hard, though, and was making me have body ache and the bedding weren't clean enough for me. The food was delicious but really expensive. The bathroom was clean and comfortable, there was clean towels also.

This might be a top hotel but my stay there was very bad, The AC in the room I lodged in was not working and there was no water in the room. The management really needs to ensure that the hotel staff are properly trained and instructed to respond to people early when they make complaints. I was really disappointed.

The location near the airport is great. However disappointed by poor service from some staff who deliberately would not hand me back my change after I had paid for my food, beer and bought water, claiming that they did not have any. I would rather have tipped them for satisfactory service than be forced to do so in that manner. Again my room did not have a TV remote when I checked in and none was provided after I requested for one. Strands of hair was found on the pillows. The hotel was recommended to me but I left with the impression that it is over-hyped.

I did not enjoy my stay at the hotel at all. The quality of service was way below expectation. The staff was rude, electricity was fluctuating which was really annoying, water stopped running in my bathroom at some point, I had to beg one of the hotel attendants to help me get water that morning. It wasn't a pleasant stay at all.

The bathroom was just horrible, the facilities in it was old and needs urgent attention. In fact the hotel generally needs a total make over. The only nice facility I enough using was the soft and well laid bed I slept in during my stay.

I stayed just one night in this hotel and I don't think I will ever try it again. Firstly, the sheets were very dirty and we had to call the reception desk to send someone to change them. We kept calling to tell her we haven't seen him/her. When they came with new sheets, they were unapologetic. Someone obviously forgot to change the sheets after the previous customer left. Yuck. Secondly, the hotel is so small, that when people smoked at the pool side, it was all over the place. Lastly, they don't have a parking space. We had to park outside the building. Outrageous! I would rate the hotel 2 out of 10

It is indeed a lovely place. The room was well arranged, it smells so fine that you will wonder where you were as soon as you step in. I was pretty unsure about the whole idea of the hotel at fist, but I am glad that it was finally worth it. Thumbs up to hotels.ng as well. Great job for handling my booking swiftly and professionally.

Everything was okay and I am comfortable with the room given to me and satisfied with the service provided. I have already recommended to hotel to my friends. The hotel is affordable and less than 10 minutes drive from Airport and very much secured.

We enjoyed our stay. It is a great hotel. But they have to fix the issue of one being stuck to a limited number of channels on the television. One gets tired of seeing just Nigerians after seeing only so many of them!
