Courteous staff, clean environment.. Nice place to be

The hotel was beautiful and I am highly impressed with their services. The hotel had excellent customer service, beautiful environment and wonderful staff. My room was comfortable and well kept. There was constant supply of power and water, clean towel, toothpaste and soap. Everything needed to make me comfortable was available in the bathroom and I hope they can keep it up.

The facilities was okay apart from the fact the power supply kept on going off and on, and later the AC in my room developed problem but in all it was okay.

My stay was interesting. Location of the hotel was perfect for me, very close to where I had my program, the room given to me was spacious clean and fresh, air conditioner worked perfectly, staffs were ready to help me out because it was my first time in Calabar. It was a nice place and I will recommend to my friends coming to Calabar.

When I was at the hotel,I wanted a single room that goes for 15,500 but all were occupied except one.I could not stay in that particular room because it was"nt looking so good.To me I feel that room should be renovated cos other rooms of that category were looking better.I later stayed in the one that goes for 13,500.The room was nice but the restroom had a waste bin that were getting rusted.Every other thing were Ok. The Hotel is neat and the customer service at the hotel was lovely
