Poor service

The hotel is manageable. The environment was a bit clean and the room was comfortable. But their service is zero. There were mosquitoes everywhere.

Everything about this hotel was far below standard; the service was poor right from my arrival. The environment was dirty and there was no food in the restaurant. We had to get food from outside throughout our stay. We were not given a towel and toiletries until the second night. Our stay was not pleasant at all.
