Very bad and poor

Their customer service was bad, their lightning was so poor that they ask us to switch off the light whenever they put on their generator or even sometimes they don\'t put it on at all......Also they wrote \"Stay for 5 days and get a day free\", I stayed for 5 days and on the 6th day, immediately they came to send me out, I actually wanted to stay for extra hours because my flight was late that day, had to tell them that why will they write such thing when they do not mean it, it was kind of frustrating.....the management of the hotel should try and fix that
