I enjoyed my stay at the hotel but the hotel needs a little more maintenance like the paintings, the Air conditioner, a general upgrade will be just fine.

I would have enjoyed my stay here but everywhere was smelling.

Please, I really enjoyed myself at the facility, the lounge. The neatness of the place is splendid. Also the manager is a wonderful young man, always available and the staff and services were wonderful.

I was indeed pleased and impressed. The level of commitment of both hotels.ng and top rate hotel was splendid. The facilities, cares and attention were absolutely fabulous. The truth is I lack words to express my satisfaction. Many thanks for making my holiday this time stress free.

the hotel is nice and lovely environment, i enjoyed my stay.....they should try to make sure they are aware of every bookings a customer makes earlier in order to avoid confusion by the time the customer gets to the hotel......the other issue i had with them is that i paid with POS and they said they didn\'t see the money so i had to make another payment, it has taken two days now and the bank has not returned the money but i am still speaking with them

Was brought from Imo airport to Toprate Hotel and has a red carpet reception with the cheerful Porters assisting with my luggages and the receptionists welcoming me with smile and making me feel at home. The rooms and services were excellent. Just give them a trial.
