My stay went well, the services was excellent, although the food delivery takes a while. The hotel is worth it. Good staff and always prompt.

My stay was full of disappointment. The reception at the deluxe part of the building boasts 24 hour service, but after 12 am no one answered the reception phone. The AC in my room stopped functioning and I was sweating all night, no one was available to adjust it for me. The nonchalant behavior of the staff was bad. The receptionist frowned the entire time she was assisting people, no greetings at all. I will not be returning.

Everything about the hotel was great. Comfortable and spacious room.

The only thing I love in the hotel was my room. Kitchen deliver takes forever, before your delivery gets to you, you might be dead and gone. The receptionist during my stay was very rude.

The hotel needs a lot of improvement. The location is excellent with good ambiance but there is a need to check all room facilities and ensure they are functioning well before checking in any guest. If the management can pay better attention in ensuring all facilities work properly, then the hotel (with its location) will greatly rise in status.

The hotel is a good place to be because I enjoyed my stay. The facilities and services at the hotel was great considering the room rates. The power supply was impressive and the environment of the hotel was cool. The room was comfortable and the bed size was great for a sound sleep.

It was quite good. The issue I had with the place was the fact that the WiFi was not working and I had to look for alternative means of connecting to the internet which was really annoying for me. But all in all it was quite good.

I made a reservation at the hotel for my guest and he complained after checking out that he did not enjoy his stay there. He made complaints regarding the generator, that it was faulty or something, and he had some complaints about the room as well. Hope these issues will not persist at the hotel because I have heard good reviews about them in the past.

The hotel is nice and I had quite a good stay. I would like to say that I would use the hotel again but I have some reservations regarding the treatment by the hotel staff. Imagine when you, a guest, are more patient than the Hotel staff. I hope they can resolve that issue so one can be more comfortable when one is there. Every other thing went well.

I got to the Hotel. The only issue I had was because they refused to warm my food. I ate my food cold which was not pleasant just because I did not buy the food from them.

Just like its name, Green point was so on point. My stay was so fantastic. I was happier because I am glad I did not opt for another hotel.

There was nothing fascinating about the place. I did not enjoy my stay at all; there was no water in the morning and the bathroom was not clean to my satisfaction.

The hotel is represents itself well and the food is nice. I had no reason to complain and I will definitely use their services again when an opportunity arises.

They offer a great service at the hotel, and were very responsive to our needs...the rooms, food environment were all satisfactory
