Reviews of Kolex Hotels

My stay at the hotel was fine and alright. Although I had a few issues that I expect should be looked into by the hotel management. There were too many mosquitoes and as such, I did not have a good night sleep. The telecom did not work so I had to go down anytime I needed something from the staff. I also think that the room I stayed in was not properly cleaned. I would rate the hotel averagely for the services rendered.

My stay was okay at the hotel. The environment was cool and quiet. However, I could not sleep in the night because of mosquitoes. They were just too many. I complained severally even the last few times I stayed at the hotel expecting that there would be an improvement but there was none. The hotel management should make effort to do some fumigation in the place. Other services rendered were alright though

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel, everything went well, my room was comfortable, the staff were nice and friendly, there was constant supply of electricity and water was running as well. I have no complaints whatsoever.

My stay would have been better if not for the mosquitoes. They were a constant menace at night. I will suggest the rooms are fumigated prior to check in. Besides the issue with mosquitoes, everything was well at the hotel.

The hotel's proximity to my point of interest was the foremost reason I chose it. Overtime though, I have come to truly like the experience there. I will definitely be back again.

The room was not well equipped, it had a 14" television set which was very small for viewing, I was unable to watch my desired stations as it was permanently fixed to one station and there was no remote. The power supply was poor that the hotel had to ration the supply for 7pm to 8am. I did not enjoy my stay at the hotel.

My stay at Kolex hotel was okay. It was close to the venue of the conference I needed to attend, also Locating the hotel was not difficult at all. I had a smooth check in. Although the first room I was given got flooded at some point because the water heater broke in the next room, I was quickly moved to another room which was even better than the one I paid for initially. The hotel environment was serene and the food was okay.

The environment is very quite and peaceful but that doesn't make a hotel in itself, the mosquitoes in Kolex are much, the power supply is bad, they put generator on 8 in the night and there is no WiFi. They have a nice staff but poor conditions, shower is bad and even the water tub is bad

My stay at the hotel was excellent and I had a good welcome reception. The room was neat, water and power was constant,Internet service was available, I enjoyed the meals for it was delicious and affordable, excellent customer service and a serene environment with good security service. My only challenge was the bathroom they need to fix the shower because I couldn't make use of it. It was not running the I had to bath with a bucket even with that the bathtub itself was dripping water which made the bathroom a little bit flooded. Aside for this my stay would have been perfect.

My stay at Kolex hotel was manageable, they have nice staff,. A clam and neat environment, stable power and water supply but I had no Wifi and there were a lot of mosquitoes.

The place was good. I enjoyed my self, but the power supply was very erratic.

My stay at the hotel was a fair one, everything went a little bit well save for the Bad AC. The hotel staff are nice and friendly and the place is calm. Also, the rooms are kept neat and are comfy enough. Had the air conditioner been without issues, it would have been perfect.
