It was not what I saw online ... the rooms are so bad that I even had to upgrade to a 20k room that was not even worth the amount I paid ... I slept in serious heat I had to leave as early as after 6 ...

There is no WiFi, the TV is not working, which is not cool at all.

My state was very fine, the receptionist was very jovial, smiled with the guests and was every professional. The doorman was also very helpful.The room was well decorated and power was on, for 24 hours all through my stay.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel, their customer service was good and they have a lovely environment, it wasn't my first time at the hotel, I love their services too.
