Honestly speaking the services rendered were fantastic. I got to the hotel around 11pm and my room was still reserved and the staffs were really willing to help me. I was really impressed

My stay at Precious Palm Royal Hotel was okay. Accommodating staff and clean rooms.

The hotel was nice but they can do better. They should have offered breakfast or at least a cup of tea or coffee for a day. The laundry service was expensive as well. Every other thing was awesome.

The hotel was okay and very clean, room was also comfortable but I noticed there was no curtain in the bathroom. I still enjoyed my stay here.

The first room that I stayed in did not have the sockets working. I asked to be moved to another room only to find that the television and some other facilities there were not working as well. I used about one hour or more to check into a fairly good room. The room I eventually stayed in was not even up to the required standard. After all the stress I encountered at check in, I found also that there was no water available to have my bath with. I had to wait for water to be pumped. The customer service was so poor. My stay at the hotel was very much uncomfortable. I just had to manage the place.

Your hotel needs serious renovation, the rooms were very horrible that I needed to change like three times before I could make up my mind, its not a bad place but the management is very bad, there is room for so much improvement, and I also noticed the kitchen is not function so I had to go out to get food which is nice for someone with the intention of staying for a long time.

Customer service was bad. The staff are not well trained, it takes for forever to get your order. The facilities in the room were not functioning.

I paid for the room but I did not stay for long because the hotel was not secured enough for me, the window in the toilet was not pinned to the wall, I requested for the manager and I stayed for a very long time he didn't turn up so I left.
