Reviews of Peace Hotel

I didn't enjoy my stay. Toilet is dirty. Looks more like a public toilet. The bathroom walls are untidy. It was not cleaned for once throughout my 5days stay. I had to use a restaurant's convenience. TV in the room was working partially, off and on. The duvet was smelling. Guess it wasn't washed after the last occupant left. The bedsheet looked so old and worn out. I had to complain for towel, soap and tissue to be brought daily and it took forever to tidy the room. I left around 5am one day and returned past 3pm, and yet the room had not been tidied. This got me quite upset. Water and light were constant. No free Wi-Fi as I saw on their site. It's 500naira per day. AC was OK. The management needs to sit up and look deeper into the issues raised. Simple cleaning materials should be provided. The staff generally were nice.

The hotel is okay in terms of surroundings. The management and staff try to maintain a level of cleanliness but they have not gotten to that point yet. The staff are nice and friendly though; they have good customer services. However, there was no regular water supply throughout my stay, there was no remote control for the television and the air conditioner

My stay was terrible. The bathroom/toilet was a mess. The bedroom was dirty. The staff were not organised and their service was bad. The telephone lines were not in good working condition. I did not enjoy my stay.

My stay at the hotel was okay, my room was neat and comfortable. Water and power supply was available and room service was efficient but there was lots of mosquitoes in the room. They need to fumigate the hotel.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel, the room was neat and all the facilities were functioning. Water and power Supply was available, the staff were efficient in carrying out their duties and it was a good location for my work.

My stay at the hotel was not good and I was not impress with the services. The room I checked into was damp, water was coming out from one part of the wall and it was smelling, water and power supply was not constant and the hotel staff were not efficient.

The hotel is a nice place, the staff were hospitable and effective.The room was neat and it had clean bed sheet, the bathroom was also clean with all the necessary toiletries in place. I enjoyed every bit of my stay.

My stay was just okay, not the best service an hotel can give, to start with the television in the room was not working, which made me wonder why you can not take it out of the room so anyone coming in will understand that there is non, than making me ask many questions on why I can't watch T.V. And also the generator was turned off very early in the morning which I don't understand why, please its nice to let customer know that power supply will be limited than just cutting it off like that.

The room i stayed in had a television set but it felt like there was none because it was too small,and i had to complain about everything.

Electricity was not constant and I think it’s enough to discourage person from staying here.

Hotel is okay, but renovation needs to be done. The water heater in my room was not functioning so I could not get a hot bath. I didn’t have a luxury selecting of channels on the TV, I called the front desk to have a particular station on but I was ignored. I was disappointed because I missed my favourite programme. However, it is a safe and secured hotel.
