Terrible stay

The air condition in my room was not working. We had to stay a whole day without light. I regretted going to the hotel, everything was unbearably poor. Your service wasn't it at all. Going to your hotel was a waste of my money.

I would give this hotel a fair rating. The service was okay, the management should be sure to make hot water readily available for guests. There is always room for improvement, i would really appreciate better service next time.
