My stay at the hotel was okay. I had a few issues at check in as the hotel did not have a POS machine. I had to transfer payment to the manager's bank account before I was allowed to check in. This is not so good as issues could arise regarding payment. The hotel needs to have an upgrade of their facilities. I stayed at the hotel a couple of years ago and I could see now that most of the facilities are still the same as the past. The place really looks unkempt and if the management does not work on making the place look better, I may not stay here again.

My stay was pretty okay at the hotel. I was well received by the staff. The room I was taken into was very comfortable, cozy and clean. The bathroom was well maintained and had facilities in good working condition. The food was nicely ad deliciously made. I really had a nice time there.

My stay at the hotel was partially okay. The major disappointment was that there was no water throughout my stay there. Apart from this, it was good.

I just checked in now, not long after I experienced difficulty trying to stay at another hotel. I must say your hotel is one of the best around. The staff were receptive and courteous as opposed to the former hotel. I hope my stay remains pleasant but currently, I don't see why not.

The management of this hotel is not running it properly I must say.Their customer service is very horrible, you request for things and it takes them hours to reply. There was no power supply at all, there was water though. They just need to improve and provide better service

This hotel is actually good for this rate but there are so many things wrong with that are making it sub standard. They are very slow in responding to request and the girls at the reception need to be trained. There was a problem with the toilet. Water was gushing out. I complained about through the intercom but nobody answered my request. I even went downstairs to complain but nobody responded. I had to use my own wisdom to sort myself out. Also, the door handle was not working. This could have been fixed by just screwing the nut back into place but they did not just do anything about it. They really need to work on their technical services.

The hotel was not really up to standard and it is getting old. The hotel should improve on maintenance. Also, the staff were not efficient, especially when it came to delivering meals. After ordering for a meal, it will take up to an hour before they respond and this is not good at all.

I am a frequent user of this hotel and I have to say I am very unhappy with the maintenance of the hotel. Over time I have seen this hotel go on the downward slope. The management really needs to step up and get this hotel going. For instance, I wanted to see a champions League game and I could not watch that from my room and I had to go to the bar and sit among drinkers and smokers. I was really uncomfortable. A hotel of such standard and in such a prime location should really improve and maintain their infrastructure very well.

This hotel is crap. This is my second time here and I am getting a worse treatment than the last time. Your staff are lackadaisical and they have no commitment to their work. You basically have to scream at them before they can get anything done. I think you should review your staffing.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel and their services were okay, save the room services. The management needs to work on that, as the room was untidy and we had to wait for 2 hours before it was cleaned. This is not proper at all. But every other thing worked well, as soon as we moved past that issue. The hotel is okay.

My stay at the hotel was just crazy, I stayed on the sixth floor and the elevators was not working. I had to use the stairs and that ruined everything for me.

The hotel was very dirty.....I expected so much better but everywhere and everything was just too dirty for me to handle. They really need to get a more better management if they want to keep running and expect customers to come.

I was not really satisfied with the services I got from this hotel. The room that was reserved for me was not tidy at all. The staff were welcoming actually and the environment was really okay but the room facilities were not in good condition. I would suggest that the management should do something about this as soon as possible.

Its is a terrible place, the service and facilities needs serious renovation. The water was not rushing well, the color was bad, and when I asked I was told the water in that area is that color. But I feel like the water color can be made possible better than what it looks like now. All this needs to be done on time.

I was not impressed. In fact, the hotel is dead gone. I was highly dissatisfied and I will not go there again. We were looking for food and water and we could not get. The toilet was dirty, there were no toiletries and the room was unkempt. Tell the hotel management that we are not happy at all.

It's a nice place to be. It's home away from the home with beautiful rooms, located in a secured area. They should have elevator for people lodging at the top floors. The had great dishes

There was no internet connection and I asked for this service before checking in. The hotel management needs to improve because I cannot recommend to anyone.

The architect of this hotel did a very wonderful job; the location was perfect, the building was wonderful, good customer service. I had no cause to complain about anything throughout my stay at the hotel apart from the car hire service which was so expensive; I spent more than N20, 000.

Nice place but I expected that my room will be cleaned when I stepped at which was never done, so I wondered why I had to drop my keys and nothing was done. My idea of dropping my key was for the room to be cleaned which was never done, its a nice place.

There was no telephone lines, I have to go the reception anytime I have a request or complaint. The AC wasn't working in my room and i complained severally but no response., the environment was very rowdy, the management was very poor and the hotel is not being run well. The only intriguing things is the Hotel's proximity to my point of business.

The hotel looks good and I think they need to renovate the hotel because the floor needs to be repaired while the wall needs repainted, and some of the facilities.. However, the location was perfect (centre of Abuja ), very secured and the staffs were very friendly.

My stay was really not nice. Why would a customer be going downstairs to get every single thing, It doesn't look nice at all. First of all, I called the reception severally but there was no response. Very slow service, and some facilities were not in a good working condition. There was no towel in the bathroom, when I called to complain, no one actually responded. Try and improve on your services.

The room service is very poor. Laundry man promised to come for my laundry stuff but never showed up. Bar man told me he was busy and that I should contact the receptionist for the bottled water I requested for, and receptionist asking me to return to the bar man, you know, telling me it is not her responsibility to provide bottled water. She (the receptionist) promised to sort it out with the bar man/kitchen and revert but she never did and ... I left the room without having water to brush my teeth after waiting several minutes to no avail. I would not like to go back to Afri Hotel until I have an assurance their services have improved. The staff need monitoring, training on their roles, courtesy and politeness. I lodged in room 313, Deluxe for 1 night 3rd/4th September, 2015

Your hotel is okay, the environment was well taken care off, I just think your staff are not working well, some act like they are doing you a favor. I ordered for lunch and it took a long time, I tried getting through the reception to be sure if the meal will still be made but the lady on the other end was not too nice. I called back after some time because I was really hungry and needed to know if I should go outside. I got the meal later but I think its better to treat customer better.

I enjoyed my stay at your hotel. All the staff are very attentive and ready to serve you. I used to always come here for drinks with friends but this was my first time to really stay and try over all experience. Front Office staff were so nice, always asking if I needed help. There is a high level of security and this hotel also has a very nice location, very neat and peaceful. I will definitely be back!

Stayed at the hotel on a family holiday. The staff was always friendly, food was great, and the rooms were well appointed! The best part about it is the location... A few minutes walk to where I had a meeting. Very pleased with the food options, breakfast, lunch and dinner was great. the room facilities were absolutely great and this hotel is really secured. Above all, the best thing I liked was their overall service. The staff were very courteous. I highly recommend it.

I just managed to stay at your hotel because its close to where my program was been held, your hotel lacks customer service, you had to beg for basic room needs, things like calling them to come and clean your room and its took them another two hours to come, begging them to get your toilet rolls and room table, which is not nice at all. Your hotel is really nice but lacks hospitality in all areas.

Terrible but affordable, when I walked into the first room its looks dirty and unkempt. I had to be taken into almost five rooms before I could get a better one. I was told the room was swept before I go there but I don't think that happened, I think its because your hotel is affordable that why is like that.

Your facilities are okay and fine but your customer representatives are just not forth coming at all. A no customer service hotel is better than a bad one okay!

UN-tidy, dirty,UN-kept

My stay at the hotel was horrible, the room was so dirty,bathroom,toilet not flushed.the room has insect all over the place.I was so disappointed

My stay at the hotel is nothing to write about. The room given to me was not properly taken care of before my arrival. The toilet was dirty, The tap was not in good condition,There on water heater, Foot mat and a dust bin. I hope there will be corrective measures.

Their customer service should be trained. Their manager should always be available to customers at any time. They should also improve on their uniforms.

my stay was just manageable, the service was not great at all, the staffs on night duty are not friendly at all, but better and friendly staffs with good customer relations on morning duties. The people in the restaurant are not customer friendly at all, i had to go out to buy something to eat. in all the rooms are ok and the environment was clean and tidy

The hotel was great and I have always been using this hotel anytime I come to Abuja but the last time I went there the hotel was too rowdy, I think some politicians came there and were making noise, I didn't enjoy my stay for the two days I stayed there......it won't make the place a good hotel if they should continue that way, the management of the hotel should kindly take note of that

Generally, the room was okay, their environment was great, but their customer service is a bit slow in responding to clients...there's a TV and DVD in the room but there was no movie to watch, all we can view is only news, they should try and put some movie there for someone to watch in order to while away time....also their bathroom and toilet are not really tidy and clean

My stay was not too pleasant as always, cos that was not my first time of using the hotel, The rooms should be made ready before customers lodges in and not thereafter, also the intercom in the room was not working, i had to be moving up and down to pass information which is not good enough

Yes, most things that they promised us will be in the hotel wasn\'t there for example they said there will be home theatre in the room we paid for but when we got there, it wasn\'t there......so also their staff should try and be more friendly and be so prompt to attend to customers

The lady I met at the reception when I came in the morning was very friendly, helpful and always on smile and service provided was an excellent one but the one that took, over from her was not nice, helpful and friendly. There was no swimming pool at the hotel. This was just my experience at the hotel.

The hotel was okay but the only challenge experienced was at the cafeteria, they were too slow, I had to stand for one hour before I could get food to eat, I did not find that funny at all. It was not nice at all.

The major challenge here was the air condition in my room it makes a lot a noises and there is no way to control it rather than to switch it off. The food was okay, rest room was aright and staff were courteous and responding.

The hotel is okay and strategically located in the heart of Abuja in a secured environment and easily accessible. The room was also conducive but service delivery by the staff was very slow.

When I got to the hotel, I was told they were fully booked. I put a call through to Hotels.ng immediately because I made the booking through them, within a minute everything was sorted out and the exact room I booked for was given to me. I think that’s one of the advantages of booking through them. My stay generally was fine but the fridge in my room was not working perfectly.

The hotel environment was clean and the room was quite okay. The location was also easily accessible. They just need to improve with their staff because the staff response was not encouraging; they acted dull, slow and reluctant in getting things done.

Generally the hotel is okay but the bathroom was in a bad state; bathtub was very dirty and the attendant never showed up to clean it after I called to have it cleaned. Staff were very slow and inefficient.

The place is beautiful and up to the standard but they need to train their staff in order to achieve more customers and retain the old ones. The staffs weren't responding and very slow in discharging their duties.

The place is manageable nothing special about it. The only thing I enjoyed most was their meal which tasted great. Because of this I would definitely come back.

I enjoyed my stay .They have a satisfactory service but I would like them to improve their room services. Food was okay and also very affordable.

My stay was good. I enjoyed their meal because I had varieties to choose from. I suggest that the hotel should try to get an elevator because of the people staying at the upper floor. The staff were friendly.
