The bad road isn't doing good justice to the hotel. the rooms should be upgraded for a bit. the staff were really nice and they washed my car for free in the morning! Good job guys!

The place is nice and the services are so great, the only thing the need to improve is light issues.

I managed the hotel, it was not what I expected

It was fine but there are something they need to work on it, the fan was not working well, The bed was not balance it was making noise and the shower was not working

My stay was fine just that the water heater is not working

The hotel lacks good customer service. The fan and AC wasn't properly working, the generator wasn't on 24/7 as claimed to be.

This hotel has lost its glory already. It's not safe again. They don't care about changing bed sheets, bed bugs in their bed, staffs are non-challant.

Below standard for me, the rooms are bad.

If only they will do a little renovation inside and outside of the hotel, then it will be nice. I have stayed severally, I like the area because it is quiet. Some of the staff were nice. The management needs to do some work to put things in other.

The hotel is a nightmare. Nothing works. They should even close down as they have poor manangement qualities. I wouldn't even refer my enemies to this hotel.

Where do I begin? Everything is terrible. The staff attitude is very poor. Staff are rude and they look unkempt. The hotel is Dirty!!! My family made the mistake of booking the hotel for a wedding and they almost ruined the day. There was no water to bath, the bathrooms were dirty and clogged, the bed spreads were torn and burnt. On the bed I slept, I discovered a bottle cap under the sheets. The Air conditioners DO NOT work!!!! Even in the event centre !!! Everywhere was hot and stuffy. The floors were not mopped...When we complained to the manager, he was so rude!!! Like he was doing us a favor. We had to pay extra money for the cleaners to mop the floors of the event center. About the security of the rooms... Zero !!! The rooms only lock when you are Outside. When you turn the key inside, it makes a lock sound, but someone can open from outside by just turning the handle. I thought it was just my room, but I found out my practical experiment that it was all the rooms. You can't sleep with 2 eyes closed. I could go on and on, but I would not wish this hôtel on my worst enemy. My stay and encounter with them was TRAUMATIC!!! Please don't use them even as a wedding reception venue except you are very desperate. But even then, please don't let them ruin your day

My stay at the hotel was a wonderful and beautiful one. The hotel was well maintained, it was very clean and comfortable. My room was clean and water heater was provided, clean water and electricity was available. I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel.

The hotel is okay. I actually made the reservation for a friend and he did not have any complaints about the hotel although there was no water heater in the room. Asides from this, everything was fine at the hotel.

The pictures you have on your site is different from what you have in real life. The hotel is substandard, The management are not well organised, there are outdated ACs, amongst other things that need fixing at the hotel. You guys need to really step up and improve fast. My stay was not great at all.

The hotel manager is quite friendly and helpful but the staff are lazy, probably because they were not enough of them on duty at the time. Also, the hotel needs general maintenance like paintings on the wall and some work on the air conditioning.

My stay at this hotel was a nightmare, the water drain in the bathroom was very bad I had to bathe in that same water the next day. The wireless intercom wasn't functioning, I had to always walk around to demand for things and there were mosquitoes in the room.

Staff are very friendly, room clean, restaurant has fabulous food. Amazing hotel with the most professional staff I have ever had the pleasure to be served by, from the housekeeping to the front office and restaurant every member of staff goes out of their way to make your stay that little bit more enjoyable. Rooms are amazing and have to be seen to believe. The location is very nice, I will come back.

I was not really comfortable with my stay because of the mosquitoes and unavailability of hot water. your location is quite fine but you still have a whole lot to improve as regards your services.

The hotel was fairly okay because of the challenges I had in my room, the intercom wasn't, anyway I was told they are working on it, no trash can and the DSTV was been controlled centrally. Aside this, the hotel was clean, the staff were good and the location was close to my destination.
