I always stay at Fresh Hotel whenever I am in Ilorin and it's always a beautiful experience. I often look forward to better service and it keeps getting better. Room service is always on point. The environment has a great ambience, always neat and quiet. I commend the kitchen staff for their very tasty and nutritious meals. The hotel should not relent on ensuring maximum hospitality for their guests and the sky will be their limit.

The amount of uninhabitable rooms at the hotel is alarming. All the rooms I was initially given had issues. I complained and was given another. I hope adjustments are made, the impression I left with was horrid.

The hotel is a very beautiful place. There hotel's attendants were welcoming and well mannered. The most fascinating thing about this hotel is the amazing and prompt customer service and also the commendable neat environment. It was really a delightful stay.

My stay at the hotel was a wonderful and excellent one, I was given a warm reception by the staff, their food was so delicious. The environment was clean and quiet,I really enjoyed my stay.

My experience was okay. My room was basic but everything was clean and working. My plus goes for the WiFi and power. It was top notch. My add-ons were the surrounding fun places to hang out. D'Palm to see a movie, fun places for the kids, shopping or simply relax with a nice restaurant. If you need a getaway place, go to Fresh Hotel.

The hotel is good, the staff were nice to me. I came in very late and at that odd hour every one was still ready to attend to me. Nice Hotel and totally worth the price.

Whoever cooks for this hotel is a great cook, their food was really tasty. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, the rooms were quite comfortable. I hate mosquitoes but i found some in the rooms, so fumigation has to be done properly and also some plumbing job in the bathroom.

My stay at the hotel was fine. I had a warm welcome, the room was neatly kept, water and power supply was constant, the meals were affordable and tasty. Although the water heater was not functioning, service quality was good and I felt at home.

My stay at the hotel was very pleasant, the receptionist was very friendly and smart. The room was very conducive and serene. Although I did not like the fact that the Wifi was not working but other services were provided and functioning.

The hotel is very fine with a serene environment. The room was also very nice with numerous items provided for me to enjoy my stay. The food was not too expensive and it was very delicious.

The hotel is okay. However, I think that some of their customers smoke a lot and the small of the smoke lingers even after they have left. The hotel should take care of their plumbing. The drainage was smelling all over the place, They should try to upgrade.

I did not have a good stay. My privacy was rudely intruded. The cleaner came to my room when I was not around and I still had my bag in there. I mean, I had not even checked out yet. If I wanted my room to be cleaned, I would have requested for that and not just any random person going into your room when the guest is not around.

The room was reasonably tidy with a very big bed that I slept on comfortably. It felt just right, the facilities in the room worked perfectly. The staff and management did a great job putting everything together for me and the other guests.

The hotel room is smelling, no complimentary breakfast common bottle water nothing. the interiors are bad the building structure looks good.
