TV was not working, fans were not working well and there was no towel, soap in the room

The stay was good. The kitchen, rooms, and environment were neat and ok. The hotel staff were cordial and cared for my needs

Customer service was good, my room was comfortable enough but the AC was not functioning. My stay was very good.
