I had to manage my stay, the toilet was not clean, not up to standard. The bedding's was dirty. The hotel needs maintenance.

Ac was not working. The hotel needs to improve with their facilities.

My stay was satisfactory.

Affordable but exquisite. My stay was cool.

The hotel is in a centralized location. and it is relatively cheap compared to other hotels in the area. But I have a few issues of dissatisfaction with the place. First, the receptionists are not professional. One of them has a very bad attitude to work. Only one is polite. No laundry service and they don't even have an iron to give you. The showers and heaters are hardly working properly and response to requests or maintenance issues take forever. The bar and restaurant only make like 3 things even though they have an entire menu It's generally manageable if you're not staying long

I have stayed here twice all from emergency of getting into lagos late. The shower systems are not working, the service is crappy, the hotel puts off their gen at 12 midnight, had to sleep in a room with a faulty fan after I had paid to get a restful night. When you complain you are told that is the instruction from management. The bedspreads are dirty, the buckets and bowls in the restroom are stained with layers of dirt showing its not been washed in a long time. The water supply is inconsistent. I will never make the mistake of staying or recommending this hotel to anyone else. If there is anything below zero star that is what i will give them. The front desk girls are nothing to wright home about. All the bathroom appliances are not working so you have to scoop water to shower, layers of stains can be seen on the wall tiles. I am really not impressed with the standard of the hotel now. When this hotel started years ago, their service was topnotch, I stayed with my friends and we had a really good time there. However, this last time was so bad that I was more stressed than when I checked in.

The hotel has a very peaceful and clean environment, perfect for relaxation and is well secured. The facilities in the hotel are modern, the bathroom is well equipped, it had in it a water heater. The room was properly arranged and comfortable but there were mosquitoes in the hotel, the management needs to fumigate hotel.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel, the hotel was close to the event I wanted to attend. The room was okay, with a remote controlled air condition unit in the room. I think the only area they need to improve on, is their customer service.

Mosquitoes almost finished me at the Hotel. It was terrible. They bit me all through the night. I did not enjoy my stay.

They are very negligent in this Hotel. I took my bath late because they said the towel was wet, they were still not able to provide one for me later in the day, I cleaned my body with my shirt. There were also mosquitoes in the Hotel. I did not enjoy my stay.

Terrible customer service, rooms are not clean, facilities don't work properly. I'm not trying to put this hotel down but it was just a terrible time. I wouldn't spend another day here.

My stay was okay except from the noise from moving train, it was actually very disturbing.
