This hotel is terrible and they lack maintenance culture. The tap wasn’t running, intercom not working; television was neither here or there. In fact, I can never go back there or recommend it to someone else.

Unsatisfactory

Management is trashy, staff try to enter rooms without knocking, and are unapologetic about it. Ac, heater, intercom, toilet flusher not working. They just do things anyhow. I don't recommend this experience to anyone. The story is long but Customer service to me was zero.
