Basically your receptionist who claimed to also be the supervisor with the name Tosin sold out a room paid for to another custome before we could get there leaving also stranded And she had the nerves to say there's nothing she could do... That's really terrible

The hotel lacks good communication skills and have a wrong attitude towards clients. The staffs are rude and demanding, asking insultive questions from their guest.

My stay was very short. I spent less than 10 hours at the hotel. All I have to say is that their food really tasted nice and I will never forget the taste in a hurry. The environment was peaceful and my room was comfortable enough. I’m glad I stayed there.

This a well positioned hotel with a great team who provide excellent service. The staff are well trained. they made my stay a very pleasant one especially as it was a long trip. They made sure everything I wanted was given to me. Great location with good security. The rooms were so beautiful with nice beds. I enjoyed staying here and hope to come back.

The hotel is okay although there was no Wifi and 24hr electricity.

My stay at the hotel was great. The hotel's attendant was very nice and attentive. However, the toilet in my room was bad. It was not neat and the had some issues. The meal at the hotel was quite affordable and the facilities were okay.
