My stay at the hotel was cool and I was impressed with all the services.

The hotel has maximum security guaranteed although there was no internet service available. The light was stable from the evening i checked in to the following morning I checked out. The food did not taste too good and nourishing. However, the staff at the reception and the bar were very friendly. My room television did not have a variety of channels.

It was a nice experience at the hotel. The power supply was remarkable. The room was enticing and well decorated. The bathroom and toilet also were sparkling clean. The hotel management and staff were generous. The hotel had a serene environment. I got the value for the money paid.

My night was horrible, the whole place was stuffy and choked up with cigarette packs/sticks littered everywhere.

My stay at the hotel was very bad. The room and the toilet was not neat. There was no water, power supply and internet connection. I had to walk to the reception whenever I need anything. I really had a terrible experience.

The hotel management needs to improve more on the service quality. The room I stayed in had no air condition even the fan was faulty and the room was hot. I was suppose to spend seven nights but I ended up checking out on the third night because I was not comfortable with my stay.

I can't say so much about your hotel, I was there only for a couple of hours before I got this emergency call that summoned me. But it looked pretty nice to me and I hope to be visiting again and enjoy it better this time.

The hotel is beautiful inside out. I enjoyed every bit of my stay and it was quite pleasurable. The service was wonderful, the room was beautifully designed and clean. The is a standard hotel, lovely place to be.

The environment is cool, staff were okay.

The hospitality is fine and the rooms are okay. They also tried in the area of power supply. There was not one time that there was no light. Although the AC was not working when the small generator was put on, it later worked when the bigger generator was turned on.

All staff we’re highly receptive. Their customer service, room service was superb.
