I really enjoyed myself and there was no complaints whatsoever. The service provided was an excellent one, the environment was very neat. The room was very comfortable and the meals were delicious and the security was also very tight.

The hotel is okay. The toilets however need some work. The pillows and pillow cloth require replacement. As the subject shows, it's like most average hotels the internet is always out of subscription.

I really like the hotel. I visited from Europe and I needed a hotel with 24 hours electricity, this hotel actually fulfilled my desire. Good staff, good environment, most of all is the security. Thanks so much for your services and expect me soon.

I had a really terrible experience, the Air conditioning unit in the room I was in got bad. I had to switched to another room, I had the same problem there too. There was a bad odor from the bathroom and it was flooded. There was a rude guy at the reception, I had to scream before he answered, getting hot water was like demanding for champagne!

My stay at the hotel was okay. I enjoyed the environment and the room I was given was very nice but I requested for a towel the day I got there and did not get one till I left the hotel. That's not good enough.

My stay wasn't too nice, the bathroom was bad and gets flooded, there was complimentary wifi, it took them eternity to get the generator running. They really have to improve on their standard.

The hotel provides very good services and are customer friendly but there was no proper cleaning of the rooms , the toilet door was damaged .They really need to improve on their cleaning services.

i stayed in this hotel for 2 nights...it was okay until RATS started running around the room from the bathroom, toilet bath is really not nice, brown and dirty..staff was really attentive ...but the RAT thing is really scary cos i couldnt sleep.well..there should also be a.pair of slippers in the room.lastly my intercom never worked, the cable was dirty and i had to leave the room each time.i needed stuff.iomplained though, dunno if theres any improvment yet.iver all if you are on a budget this is the right place otherwise look else where.

My stay was fine and the hotel was up to the standard. The room was comfortable and the hotel is very cheap. I will rate them 60%.

My stay was not impressive; the shower and water heater was not working. I asked for air freshener to neutralise the odour in my room but I was not attended to. At least a pair of slipper should be in the bathroom and a foot mat at the entrance.

The hotel is very much okay and conducive for me. The staffs were very smart and friendly. The room was well conditioned for the rate. My stay was awesome and I enjoyed it.

I’m a satisfied customer. Immediately, I entered the reception, I received a warm welcome from the front desk. I was ushered into my room by one of the staff. Guess what? The room was neatly arranged with nice fragrance. Keep up the good job and expect me soon at the hotel.

The hotel was nice but the staff was not so pleasant! My husband and I stayed here nov 2012. After a couple of nights we checked out and went to the hotel across the street. The staff there was more pleasant but the rooms were not as nice.
