I did not enjoy my stay at the hotel. It could have been better if the hotel had some things in place. The room was filled with mosquitoes, the curtains and bed sheets were old. It doesn't matter how much is paid as rate, I think some basic things should be done.

The hotel is okay and staffs were nice. I have an advice for them; they need to restructure the guest’s room and the restroom. Most of the facilities were dirty, old and rusted. It is totally unhygienic for people to use that kind of toilet.

When we got to the hotel we were well receive since they were already expecting us as we made prepayment through hotel.ng. They were nice and polite and our stay was awesome, we enjoyed it very much.

It was okay like any other. I had a nice time. I really think you should get something to spice up your hotel.

I would say well done to the guys at Wazobia Hotel. For the price, the service they offered was OK. The staff were friendly and attended to my needs uptill 4am. While there, i used Dwiggle.net to find fun places where i could hangout close to the hotel. I found a few Bars and lounge around where i could steam off. I would give the hotels.ng staff a thumbs up also, i especially loved talking Gift or Grace the agent that made sure i had a nice room at Wazobia hotels..... Whenever i lodge in a hotel, i use Dwiggle.Net to find fun places around that hotel.... You can also try out Dwiggle, It will blow your mind

The hotel staff was not organised. The room I stayed had too much mosquitoes. The toilet was not always washed properly and it will be best if they renovate all the rooms.

I had a nice time at the hotel. It was a beautiful experience, very funny especially the wonderful staff they had. I am glad with your facilities as well.

I did not enjoy my stay at the hotel. It was less than what I expected. Although the environment was clean and the hotel attendants were polite, I must however state that my room was very creepy. I was not pleased at all with the standard. I hope the hotel management upgrades their facilities as soon as possible.

There was no telephone lines, I have to go the reception anytime I have a request or complaint. The AC wasn't working, the environment was very rowdy, the management was very poor and the hotel is not being run well.

My stay at Wazobia Plaza Hotel was not what I expected at all. The room was okay until I found out there were rodents in my room which gave me a lot of discomfort at night. I had to check out early the next morning because I could not sleep well at night. I will advise the hotel to fumigate the hotel so as to reduce rodents.

I love every minute I spent at the hotel,the environment is neat is clean.Their customer service is prompt and effective,the only problem I had is that the intercom in the room wasn't working.They claimed they had WiFi but on getting to the hotel there wasn't a working WiFi,I think they need to update their facilities.

This is not the first time I am using this hotel, I always stay in this hotel any time I am in town for my business meetings. The room is okay and the customer service alright. It's a place I feel relaxed to stay, anytime the opportunity presents itself.

I had a nice experience at Wazobia Plaza. The hotel's attendant was very nice and helpful. They were quick in attending to issues and the facilities at the hotel are commendable. There was constant electricity and water supply and the meal was good enough.

I really did not spend much time at the hotel but the little time I spent was cool. I like the services rendered. I was warmly welcomed by the receptionist. Checking-in was timely and I was allowed into my room early. The room was perfect for the price and it was affordable.

The good online booking system and the work of courteous staff of the hotel is let down by the physical properties of the hotel. Don't book the double rooms, the one I used was very poor; there is cockroach and mice infestation, the toilet does not flush, unsafe electrical wiring, broken wardrobe door, no hot water running, bed spread has iron burn hole in the centre of it, the duvet was not covered, the toilet door has no lock, the mirror in the toilet is broken,the noise from the bar below is a problem at night. I understand that a part of the building is being renovated but this does not explain the very poor presentation of the double room. The hotel has good potential in the hands of good managers with experience in the hospitality industry. I will be visiting again to see if these feedback is acted upon to improve the value for money.

My stay was bad, the room was okay but the painting on the wall was peeling off, the bathroom had a leakage from the W.C underneath and it made the ground messy with water, there was no water heater and I was not impressed with the Customer Service Quality.

First i was put in a room in the annex with the following features: No AC, Bad Bathroom, No intercom. Then the restroom is out of order and, whenever I need to use one, I have to go to the restaurant and that is also bad. So, yeah, my stay was not good.

I was not happy at the way the light kept going off and the generator could not carry the ACs.

The hotel is okay and the room is was manageable but it was a little bit weird when I saw a rat in the room. It does not matter whether it is a budget hotel. It is better for them to look into this so that clients can be more comfortable.

My stay at this hotel was awful. I certainly will never go back there and I absolutely will not recommend it for another. First, the staff were terribly rude, lacking any finesse. The room was so awful, dirty, wires hanging from the walls which looked filthy, ants everywhere and later at night, I saw cockroaches. The bathroom was a nightmare, there was no light in it and I had to leave the door open to bathe. I slept reluctantly on the bed for fear of bed bugs. I do not recommend it.

The facilities in the hotel is nothing to write home about, the place is not neat, power and water supply is very poor.

The water heater was not functional, and it was also hard to sleep at night because the AC in my room was making this crazy noise which was unbearable until I turned it off. I must say that the facilities are really old. The customer care was great,I will just advise a change in facilities.

This hotel needs a renovation. Although its not totally bad, but I think certain facilities need to be fixed. This hotel offers terrible service. The room I was checked into had a dusty smell and it was dirty that I had to go outside and buy air freshener and insecticide before I could actually stay in the room for the night. The management of the hotel needs to do more frequent clean ups and renovations.

Have been using this hotel for almost 2-3yrs anytime I come 2 lagos, stay @ the Newcastle, ac works vry well,there is hot water, the lights works fine the rooms are spacious, I enjoy staying there its vry ohk for me, u pay for 3,500 and expect super service those of u that complain, still the Newcastle is super ohk n really nice...next I come bk I go to wazobia.

The hotel is definitely up to the standard and worth the money. I have been here several times and will continue to use the hotel anytime I visit Lagos.

I really didn't enjoy my stay at the hotel. The first room I was given had a bad door at the balcony. I had to request for my room to be changed. But the next room I was given had so many issues. The room was not neat at all, I didn't have enough toiletries in my room, the bed spread was dirty with lots of stains on it, and so many other things. The hygiene of the hotel needs to be improved on.

I stayed for a whole 5 nights as I was tending to some personal businesses. My time there was well spent. The staff were proactive and interested in their guest's welfare, you know this from their attitude. I certainly don't mind coming over again.

The hotel was a disappointment. There were mosquitoes in the room, facilities were not functioning well, no hot water to bath with and the toilet was dirty with a broken toilet.I left the next day when I could not cope with the situation.

Your service was of exceptional quality and it was the highlight of my stay. Among other things, the rooms were very good and tidy, the staff were helpful and I was undisturbed throughout my stay.

Wazobia Plaza Hotel is a very nice place. The bedroom was comfortable, the taps were running, the food was good, the hotel also had the basic facilities needed in an hotel. The only unpleasant situation during my stay was that my room was directly opposite the bathroom which was not too cool, even though the bathroom had a nice smell.

I would rate them 9.8/10....good hotel, neat rooms, well mannered and cultured staffs, infact I will still come back shortly

my stay is going on well so far, but i've got a lot of complains... The television in my room is not working well and it needs upgrade , the light was not ok also and i've been moved to 3 different rooms now, lock of the room am in is not ok, when bathing the nub goes off and many more...the hotel management should look into these little things and fix them up
