Reviews of Berkshire Hotel (Maitama)

Your hotel is terrible, very terrible. The toilet was dirty, so dirty it's unbearable. The wallpapers on the wall were the same, very dirty and due for change. I found many things in my room to be damaged. With this level of competition you cannot afford to continue managing your hotel like this. Please improve your services.

My stay at Berkshire Hotel was awesome. I enjoyed every bit of my stay there, from the warm welcome at the reception to the very clean rooms and also delicious meals, it was fabulous there. I am looking forward to going back someday.

The hotel is a little above average, their services were okay and I had a good time in the room since it was clean. I hope to go there when I come back to Abuja.

I like this hotel. It is a very standard hotel with a clean and nice environment. The services I got was also very professional.

Your hotel was okay, I checked in very late so I did not notice if any thing was wrong at first, the next day I was given free breakfast which was very nice because I was not expecting that. But later that night I noticed that my room was not swept at all, and also the towel was not changed all through, I felt that when I went out room service was expected to fix all this. Your is very beautiful just needs better persons to do room service.

The scenery was beautiful. Arrived from the US and spent a few nights there with my fiance now wife. And we loved the peaceful atmosphere. The staffs were accommodating and we're really professional.
