Reviews of Waje Hotel

My stay at Waje Hotel was so poor, Really what i expected wasn't what I got. The hotel was very difficult for us to locate. Then with bad service from staff because on getting to the hotel all the staff were seated and staring at me as if I missed my way into their hotel not until I requested to see the manager. I didn't like the room i was given it was small and with a bad setting. Then I tried to open the windows the curtain fell on my head it was damaged. Some of their facilities in the bathroom was also damaged. I couldn't change the television, No towel or foot mat in the bathroom as well I wouldn't cope anymore so I checked out the following day.

I didn't enjoy my stay at the hotel at all. The facilities are not up to date, the location isnt cool too. Too many things are not just right about the place.

This hotel is a really nice hotel, with good customer service and a conducive environment. I actually enjoyed using your facilities, they are of good qualities. Although I spent just a night, I had a lovely dinner. I was amazed by the standard and quality of services rendered at the hotel, their rooms are so lovely , I slept like a baby . The only thing I observed was that the television in my room was not properly fixed, I only had access to two channels, Please try and fix that. Generally, my experience was great. keep the good work people.
