I had too many issues with the hotel. I think that it is because the place is old. The room I stayed in was okay. At least, the bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean. So many facilities were not working well.The AC remote was not working. The laptop at the reception was faulty. They promised to fix all of these before I check out but that did not happen. The location is fine though with big rooms but the facilities are nothing to write home about.

My stay was very short but nice. The few hours I spent was a good feeling of homeliness. Check in and check out was quite smooth. My room was neat, spacious, and comfortable. The staff were approachable. Another good part is, the hotel is easily accessible. I never knew such a nice hotel was in Victoria Island. Good job!

My stay at the hotel was wonderful, the staff were professional. The hotel was clean and beautiful and the food was affordable. There was also free wifi. Power and water supply were uninterrupted throughout my stay. I had a good time, keep it up.

They really were lovely people at the hotel, they took care of my needs and all I requested was brought to me in a very short notice. I also enjoyed the constant power supply and the shower in the bathroom rushed with water all through my stay at the hotel. Customer service was really commendable, I really enjoyed my stay.
