My stay at the hotel was good, i enjoyed their excellent service at the hotel...their environment was conducive and i was comfortable

My stay was okay at the hotel, the environment was serene. The customer service was effective and prompt, the room was neat and spacious .They just need to pay attention to details and improve on their maintenance culture.

My stay was very good. My check-in was smooth and seamless. The staff at the hotel were helpful, friendly and professional in carrying out their duties. My room was spacious and conducive, the bed was also comfortable. The facilities such as the AC, TV, Heater were all in working properly. I look forward to returning back to the hotel.

The hotel had terrible facilities, they could not provide hot water for my bath, and they had no internet connection for guests. I am not sure I will ever consider staying in the hotel whenever I need a hotel in that area.

I think the services provided and the condition of the room is okay for the price. Though the hotel is clean but it can be improved on.
