Reviews of Roop Hotels Limited

I had a terrible experience stay at hotel, the window of my room did not have a net so there was lots of mosquitoes in the room that made me so uncomfortable. The air conditioning unit was making a lot of noise that I had to turn it off, they only put on their bigger generator at night. The management of the hotel needs to work on their facilities and fumigate the hotel too.

The hotel is not bad but it could be better. The staff are courteous and friendly, the rooms had clean bed sheet and towel. They just need to improve on the power supply, it was not stable.

My stay at Roop hotels was not too good and I was not impressed at all. The room and the bathroom was not clean and there was no power supply. The only switch on their generator at night. They really need to work on their services.
