On the first day I enjoyed my stay. The second night was bad, the door leading to my room was faulty and we were kept in darkness for 3 hours.

Such a terrible place.The manager was rude no single empathy. I changed room multiple times but I got the same result, dirty walls, dirty duvets, no WI-Fi, loud music played till past midnight, mosquitoes invasion. For your sanity, avoid rooms close to the main compound, rather request for rooms at the back. Room service takes forever to come through. The way the security was harassing the driver that brought me from the airport for parking at the entrance to drop me off was shocking. The front desk and the porter were good and professional.

This is not the first time I have stayed at the hotel. The hotel is quite good and my stay there this time was okay as usual. Good services and facilities were available. Everything was ust as it ought to be.

The BEST of the very WORST

I paid for a room with WiFi and on getting there, I checked for WiFi at the reception and it was working. The very rude receptionist assured me that it was same in the rooms. Behold, there was no WiFi in the room and the staff became overly aggressive, unapologetic and insulting when approached for solution. There was no hot water in my room and it took over an hour for the porter to bring hot water and by then, I had already had my bath. The hotel's decor was worn out. When we went to eat, myself and my colleague were the only customers in the restaurant but the staff (about 4 of them) were so noisy and rowdy that we asked for our food to be brought to our rooms. It took an hour and thirty minutes and yet the food was brought cold. The bedding was smelly and mosquitoes wouldn't let me sleep and I had to put on the noisy air conditioning unit to help me keep the mosquitoes away. I had spent nights at other hotel before coming to this place but the night at Enitona was without a doubt the most horrible. We moved to a cheaper hotel still in Aba (3R) for less than half the price at Enitona and even though there was no WiFi as expected, there were no mosquitoes either and service was significantly better.

My stay at the hotel was fair. The management of the hotel needs to refurbish the rooms, bathroom and toilet. The bathroom shower tub and drainage were bad as such, they need to be fixed. The water supply also was not constant. Although, the hotel had a live band that performed all night and I enjoyed myself to the fullest.

My guest and I spent a night at the hotel in the 2 rooms we reserved. Our stay was brief as we stopped over enroute a business trip. The hotel was serene and our stay was pleasurable. We checked out early the next day.

My stay went fine at the hotel but they had to change my room because my bed was uncomfortable for me in the first room I was given. Asides from this, I enjoyed my stay at the hotel.

I love my stay at your hotel, you guys did well and your bar was on point. There was also good network at the hotel. The staff also were very nice and I like how well they went about their responsibilities. I look forward to staying here again when next I'm around.

It is a cool and lovely place to stay bcos when staying there you will feel more than at home.they have good rooms,nice restaurant and good bar plus this there wonderful e-lounge where you drink different classes of wine you want so affordable.enitona hotel where you will see well train and intelligent staff.
