Room was clean and comfortable but the Air condition was noisy.

My stay at the hotel was just okay. The services rendered were fairly okay. It was not bad at all but the hotel can really use a good improvement for better service delivery. The environment was quiet though and serene. Some effort was made to keep the place clean too. I would rate the hotel a six over ten for the services rendered.

The hotel suited the purpose for which it was booked. However, they need to improve some of their services. The Air conditioning unit in my room was faulty and I had to use a fan and many more things that were not functioning properly.

I had a perfect stay at the hotel, from the customer service to the room service it was awesome. The room was very beautiful and comfortable. The meals were very tasty and I enjoyed every bit of service provided.

Mina Hotel is located in a strategic point and should boast of all time occupancy if properly managed. The check -in was definitely not one of the best I've had. The worst was entering into a room that had recently been used and not properly cleaned. Bed sheet was rolled up somewhere and no pillow cases; even after I complained, one staff came up to arrange the bed and fixed the pillow case on only one of the two pillows. There were exposed cables and damaged extension boxes that posed so much hazards. The only thing going for this hotel is the location which they should exploit with good services. Thank You.

Mina Hotel is a very nice place. It has a serene environment with beautiful vegetation. The location was very easily to locate. The room was clean and had very nice furniture that were well cleaned by the housekeepers.

My stay was okay, the staff were nice and friendly and it made it all the more comfortable for me.
