Wow! What can I say more than I was treated very well. I got a very lovely treat that I would remember even while in diaspora. The staff who related with me were professional and respectful. The environment was fully secure and serene. The kitchen staff were so vast in both local and intercontinental dishes that I could not stop ordering for catering services. The only complaint I have is that their rooms are not well maintained. The furniture and appliances need to be changed as soon as they notice a fault. Asides that, my stay was awesome. You guys rock!

Your hotel was really great, checking in also fast and your environment was kept very neat, on my way to the your hotel the cab guy was telling me about hard locating your hotel will be but it was never like that, I think the cab was thinking of taking me some else. I liked the welcoming service I got and the quick response to needs, at a point I was wishing that I could stay longer than one night. I will be coming back to town soon and am hoping its still going to be the same.

my stay was good even though i had to pay more than i booked for, To the management, each time there's a dispute between the hotel and a customer, the hotel should bear the cost, alos, the hotel was not fully booked but made a customer pay for more just for profit which is not ok

100% recommendation. Spectacular clean room. No mosquitoes. No cockroaches. Dust bin is electric, opens automatically. Rooms are a bit small though manageable. Bigger size fridge. Totally felt it was value for money

In my honest opinion the staff needs to be trained and be more friendly. Customer relationship is very important in every organisation, without customer they can’t survive.

It’s simply my best so far, I love the place. I have been using Terrace Green Hotel and the just keep up to standard and never drop. It’s been an awesome experience.
