Mixed Feelings

I like the hotel and my time there but I feel it can be better. First I must commend you for proper staff orientation. They were very friendly with the guest and one can't help but be impressed with this attitude. But this alone won't suffice if you intend running a business and keeping your guest. I noticed that certain areas of the hotel need maintenance, like the restaurant and kitchen areas for example. It will be a lot of improvement if this is worked upon.
