The staff and management were very organised and they took good care of their guests . On arrival I was given a drink and a bottle of water at zero cost. The room was well arranged to my taste, the air conditioning unit worked perfectly well all through my stay. The power was also constant all through.

I like the hotel and my time there but I feel it can be better. First I must commend you for proper staff orientation. They were very friendly with the guest and one can't help but be impressed with this attitude. But this alone won't suffice if you intend running a business and keeping your guest. I noticed that certain areas of the hotel need maintenance, like the restaurant and kitchen areas for example. It will be a lot of improvement if this is worked upon.

My stay at the hotel was very good and would definitely want to go back there when next I am in town. The hotel has very good facilities which is very good, the room is very spacious which is very convenient. The hotel's environment is beautiful and aids relaxation alot. I would rate the hotel 7.5 out of a total score of 10. Good job guys!.

My stay at the hotel was good, the receptionist was nice and friendly. The food at the hotel was affordable, the hotel's laundry service was fast and affordable, my room was comfortable but we had issues with the Dstv. I must also commend the effort of the cleaners, they are really did a good job.

My stay at Atlantis hotel was a wonderful one and a very good place, they have a very welcoming staff and friendly ones at that too, they are quick to respond to client's complaint and they make adjustment quick. The room I got was nice and the restroom was neat also. I ate and was not satisfied because the food was nice but I got no other money to buy more. I was also satisfied with the quality of service on offer there and their facilities are in good shape. I liked it there. Really no complain at all.
