Reviews of Meteor Hotels Limited

My stay at Meteor Hotels Limited was not so impressive and I am really having doubts on coming back to visit because I intended to. My room was very okay but the tap in my bathroom was seriously leaking which kept the entrance to the bathroom always wet. I really think the hotel can improve so as to attract more customers.

Meteor Hotel is a very good hotel. The customer service was very efficient. The power and water supply were encouraging. I really enjoyed the environment because it was very quiet and conducive for relaxation. The room was cool but cockroaches were disturbing, I feel it needs to be fumigated. I had a good time at the hotel.

My stay at the hotel was not so comfortable. Everything thing the room was relatively old including the bed, tv,chair, and the curtains. Also the mode of payment in the hotel is ancient. I had to go all the way to the closest ATM to withdraw cash as that was the only means of payment at the hotel. However, every other thing such as water, electricity and food at the hotel was okay.
