Poor service

I could not sleep at that hotel. Everything was not working, including AC, light and water. The place is shabby and not coordinated with very poor customer service.

My stay at the hotel was okay, their customer services were good and their services was a little bit okay because some of their facilities wasn't good like their intercom wasn't working, they should fix it
