The hotel was nice, neat, well decorated, good setting, working AC in the room beautiful bed-sheet I must say, water and power supply constant, toiletries available, Nice food and cheap, nice location. I had no issue at all my stay was the best ever.

Your hotel was okay but not the best, I really wanted more or expected more but it was different when I got there, your hotel was very clean and neatly kept, but the facilities are too old and needs to be replaced and the AC in some of the rooms needs to changed too aside from this your hotel is very good.

Their rooms are not neat. They should clean them regularly.

The hotel was okay but their services was not too good for me because when one calls from the room and need the assistance of their room service, nobody picks the call and even when one calls the reception,sometimes the receptionist won't even be on desk, those were the challenges i faced during my stay at the hotel

Intercom was not working; you have to walk down to the reception to get whatever you want. The position of the congestion box was not appropriate. I think it should be close to the bed for conveniences.
