My stay was not bad.

The hotel exterior is lovely but the rooms leave nothing to desire. The bedding's and blankets are very old and disgusting, the fridge is old and not working properly. What annoys the most is lack of attention to detail in terms of cleanliness. There were cobwebs in both rooms I stayed in, the toilet was very dirty and disgusting. I found it very difficult using water from the tap. They receptionist was sleeping on duty and they messed up my payments due to improper record keeping causing distress to another guest of mine. My experience of this hotel is less than average.

The hotel is relatively okay. The only thing is just that I don't like how the reception is always crowded by the hotel staff. There is 24 - hour steady power supply and good food too. Nice place to stay

Nice place but then why do you always have people sitting at the reception? They are not guests or visitors, some people value their privacy. You should find an alternative place for these people always hanging around. I wasn't impressed on my last visit.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The hotel's facilities were amazing. The meals served tasted so well and it was affordable. The communication among the staff was effective and smooth. The room was in a very good condition and I was comfortable in it.

My princess and I stayed in your hotel for two nights last weekend. It's indeed home away from home. The environment is good . I love your service. Enjoyed my stay. Kudos to this great hotel. I don't know what to say but at least I appreciate Mississippi Hotel. Continue your service like this, don't relent and don't compromise. Be rest assured that the next time I am in the neighborhood, I will still lodge with you . Keep it up!

Your hotel was great and neat, the customer was okay and I was able to watch football any time I wanted, but I notice something which I will like your management should work on, you should always change you bed cover every morning, its makes the room cleaner, that was the only part I had a problem but I like the fact that when I complain the issue was treated fast.

The water heater was not working, the air conditioner was also very noisy. The surrounding was quiet, room was okay and there was no disturbance. The surrounding was neat and the security was effective. The workers were very responsive, food was provided at minimal time and the location was perfect.

My stay at the hotel was alright, their customer service was okay and their environment was good.....they should just try and change their beddings and facilities that are old and get new ones

Good hotel but the service could be better.

When next I need accommodation I think I will look for a better hotel, my stay here was nothing to write about. Customer service was very poor, room was not comfortable, environment was not friendly and the staff always add extra charges on everything I ordered for within the hotel.

My stay there was ok. The neatness was average and their services was also average. The location of the hotel was secure and the comfort was fair enough.
