I have been lodging in Rita Lori hotel for a long time and the hotel is very nice, although I did not like the noise the AC in the room was making.

I am not happy with the fact that I have to pay for unnecessary expenses and rate change. You should have a definite rate and stick buy it. If one is not satisfied then we would have no case if we decide to stay or leave.

It ok but am not pleased with the management of rita Lori hotels cos i and my guests where asked to buy bottle water and i think they should improve on their customer services.
