It was a nice experience at the hotel, the power supply was encouraging. The room rate was affordable, bathroom and toilet were clean. The hotel's management and staff were polite. I was satisfied with the services rendered, keep up the good work.

I booked a standard room for N8000 on the 19th February 2020, the room was unkempt, dead cockroaches in the bathroom. WC was faulty, I had to request another room, room floors were not mopped, bathroom bulb was dead, took a lot of calls before TV could be replaced, I requested for hot water for my baby but was not given. I stayed without light till 7pm. For N8000 a night one expects better quality of service. Room had mosquitoes. The hotel has a nice building but the service is 1 star. They need to improve on service delivery.

This place is terrible. I was here in December for the Calabar carnival and stayed for two terrible nights. There was no TV in my room, no electricity for one night, AC was not cooling the one night there was light. There was no security guard or security whatsoever the Swimming pool was filthy. You don't even want to go there. Just do yourself a favor and steer clear . I paid the supposed December rate and it turned out to be a big waste of time and money. I couldn't even change rooms because every other place was fully booked.

My stay was splendid. I had no issues checking in and out of the place. A big thanks to Hotels.ng for helping me with the reservation. The service delivery was good and the available facilities were in good working condition. I would rate the hotel a seven over ten for the good services.

I stayed at the hotel during the Christmas period and all hotels were fully booked for the carnival so I decided to try out this hotel. I could only stay 3nights because it's black out till 6pm. I had to go outside to charge my phone despite paying so much. The height of it all was when I went to complain about water and power supply, the owner of the hotel spoke rudely to me and I was highly disappointed. The receptionist had to fetch water with bucket. No light,no water. no internet. It was that bad.
