I was not really pleased with the room I stayed, the first room I checked into was very dirty and unkempt so I asked for a change of room which was also the same, your hotel is very big but not properly kept. I spent just one night but I was not comfortable, your services were okay but your environment needs to be kept clean always.

Staying at your hotel was fair, the environment was cool and relaxing, checking-in was fast and customer service was also great, your restaurant is too slow, its takes almost an hour for any meal to be ready, and the lighting in my room was not bright, I was relaxed and I had a nice time too.

The hotel is good and comfortable, the room is spacious, neat and cool. They had an awesome reception and the people were friendly and helpful. The environment was very conducive and the atmosphere nice .I had a very nice experience and will love to stay there next time.
