The standard of the hotel has dropped compared to the last time I stayed there.The water heater wasn't working ,they didn't provide breakfast for the guest.The room was clean and there was power and water supply.The customer service was satisfactory ,they need to pay attention to details

Everything about your hotel was bad, from your room service to not even having power supply.there is so much that your hotel needs to work on.

My stay was awesome and pleasant. Everything went well and I had nothing to worry about. I enjoyed their food but it took them a long time to get the food I ordered for.
