The place was old, their facilities are bad and old, their environment isn't well kept

My stay was not nice at at all. There was no water and the AC was not working.

I did not enjoy my stay at all, Courtyard Hotel is not up to standard. The fan in my room was not working, I was moved from one room to another but it was still the same story. No towel, the toilet and bathroom was a total mess. Inadequate staff, they need to work on maintenance and their services or close down completely.

My stay was not so encouraging, they was no waste bin. The guy in charge is nonchalant towards the guests complain.

The hotel is dilapidated. Lacks good management and staff services.

My stay at the Courtyard hotel exceeded my expectations. My room was neat, courteous staff , security was superb. The restaurant had the most delicious cuisine I had in a long while. The Courtyard hotel can best be described as home away from home. Will return soon.

I had a very terrible experience at the hotel, there was no light, the room was not tidy and it was very uncomfortable. They actually switched off the power purposely. The management needs to improve on all the facilities provided. It was actually not what I expected.

I did not have a good stay at all. This hotel lacks good management and staff services. The place needs renovation, as some of the facilities are just outdated, my stay here is nothing to write home about at all. Power supply was not stable, restaurant not functioning and water was flowing out of the bathroom to my room. They really need to work on the hotel plumbing too.

I was at this hotel with a low expectation. I only needed a place to sleep but I was there and I got an experience I would not be in a haste to forget. Nice hotel, superb philosophy.
