Cosmila Suite And Hotels is a very beautiful hotel. It is well-situated, up-to-date, current and a suitable place for relaxation. The environment was neat and guest satisfaction is their top priority. Internet facility was stable, it was just the story of promise made, promise kept, promise delivered. The staff is very friendly, power supply was stable, water supply was available and response time to any requests was swift. The hotel is highly recommendable and I would love to use the hotel again. ,

Your rooms are not tidy. I discovered cobwebs and spiders in my room. If you can be more thorough with cleaning, your guest could have better experiences. My stay was average. There wasn't anything special about your hotel or my stay either.

Its a great place as usual because I have been there too many times, clean rooms, great meals and fast internet connection but your service is going down. When you first started it was all about your customer and making sure that they were well taken care off but its a different story this time, may be its because your management has made some changes but I think you should go back to how you started.
