I had a good time in the hotel. Room service was on point, my room was clean but the was no WiFi .

The experience at the hotel was a pleasurable one. The customer service was effective, as they catered to my needs in a professional manner. The hotel has a very big parking space where guest parked their cars.

I personally enjoyed my stay. The WiFi was fast, the food was good. Honestly the comfort and service was amazing.

The hotel was very clean and serene. Room service was great, the hotel attendants were very helpful and humble, but the bathroom and toilet was not proprely cleaned. The meal at the hotel was nice and well prepared also.

My stay at the hotel was a good one, the hotel was easy to locate. The environment was neat and comfortable, my room was clean and beautiful, there was excellent customer service and I am impressed with their services.
Only stayed once, had potential, just not the staff.

This place was a joke, we booked the jungle suite on the top floor, less than half the lights worked in the room and the fluorescent light above the bed was bad. We called reception, they said they would sent an electrician up right away. 10 minutes had passed, so we called reception back (apparently an electrician was called and be here in 20 minutes) 20 minutes later called reception a third time (same response "electrician was called and be here in 20 minutes") despite already waiting 20 minutes, everything 20 minutes! We had enough of it so we took our suitcases back down and demanded a normal room as their higher end suites were a joke. Manager tried to indirectly say no we could not, but my wife was really annoyed and was having none of it. We demanded and got another room in the end. Other things that annoyed us, the security guard thought it was okay to play music loud on his phone at night in the hotel corridor, the reception desk short changed us when returning deposit as they did not have the lower denominational notes. The restaurant server seemed to think having a loud conversation with her co-worker over hours was somehow socially acceptable, then she tried to pull a fast one by doubling our charge use without providing a bill, so we demanded a bill and receipt. Whenever I am having a conversation with friends about unbelievable places we stayed, this place always comes up for all the wrong reasons!
