My stay was very bad. It took more than 1 hour to get POS for us to make payment. The electric jug was not working and the kitchen had broken cups. The electric kettle the hotel brought for replacement was still bad.

My stay at the hotel then it was known as Excalibur was a great stay I had much fun at the pool and the rooms were quite comfortable.

I would say my stay was fair but they need a lot of upgrading.

I spent two nights at the hotel and they were quite enjoyable. All the facilities worked very well and the breakfast served was okay as well. I would definitely recommend it to anyone. The services rendered were good as well.

My experience at the hotel was fine , I really liked my stay because the place was generally clean and well furnished. The room was very neat with beautiful paintings on the wall, the toilet and bathroom was neat.

The hotel is lovely, the staff are very professional and responsive. Their customer service was very efficient, their food was affordable and served on time. There was power and water supply throughout my stay, the toiletries were enough also.

The hotel had a very serene and clean environment with maximum security. The hotel's staff and management were friendly and helpful. The room was properly arranged and comfortable, but they should ensure that toiletries are available in each of the rooms. I had a good time at the hotel.

The hotel was easy to locate, adequate parking space and spacious rooms. The restroom in my room was very neat with all the toiletries I needed. Modern facilities and 24 hours of power. I definitely enjoyed my stay.

My stay at Excalibur Benin Hotels was very good. I was welcomed warmly into the hotel by the hotel staff. When I was checked into my room and wanted to have my bath at night, I noticed my bathroom had no shower curtain which was very bad because water kept spilling out of the bathroom into my room. I would like the hotel management to work on this, asides this, very good stay with good meals.

I really enjoyed every minute I spent at the hotel, it was easy to locate and very beautiful. The environment was serene, calm, refreshing and comfortable. Food was delicious and affordable, all the facilities were functioning effectively. My room was spacious and it had a functioning air condition, fridge and television. I also had a bathroom and toilet to my self and intercom was working well, it was easy to communicate with room service for my needs. I had a wonderful experience at hotel and will like to use the hotel again.
