It has improved a lot since the last time i was there. Only issue i had, was having to squint my eyes to watch the TV. I'm short sighted and the screen was small. Maybe they have bigger screens in the more expensive rooms though. Good food, considering most hotels food are crap. Enjoyed the bush bar. Close proximity to banks and Shoprite is just opposite the hotel.

Stayed in the 3rd room I was shown, water takes a while to drain if you're using the bathroom, the toilet handle is broken so u hv to flush with a bucket, the reception staff have a really long way to go with customer service, food isn't so nice but it's cheap, it's in a great location beside a supermarket. They won't clean the room if you're checking out that day. Overall I absolutely hated my stay here.

My room was okay but the people I went with had a minor issue in their rooms e.g., apart from the fact that the air condition was making noise it was not cooling and blowing heat. They sweated till day break. The management should try to go round the rooms to check and attend to all the minor issues before it get out of hands.
