the hotel was ok and it did meet my standard in some ways, but the hotel still needs a lot of improvement, the environment ws ok too. The customer service were very slow to respond to me when asked for anything...on one occassion taking about 2 and the half hour before returning. There was also an incident whereby around 1:30am the customer service were calling and banging on the door asking for balance,that they want to close their account like i was running away in the middle of the night disturbing my sleep...it was so embarrassing

I did not have any issue at the hotel and my stay was lovely. I got to the hotel and was checked in without much delay. The rooms were tidy, the beddings were neat. My needs were well taken care of. My time at your hotel was wonderful.

The hotel is fine and one of the best hotels in Abuja. We enjoyed our stay. The staffs were very hospitable. The food tasted delicious and the rooms were very comfortable. In all, the hotel is home away from home.

My stay at the hotel was okay. The staff were good and friendly. The breakfast served at the hotel did not taste good besides the menu list had limited options. The room was comfortable and the room service was timely

I stayed two nights at your hotel and I enjoyed every aspect of it, it was fulled the nice staff who enjoyed serving people, have had to stay in hotels who don't even act like they respect their customer but yours was different. the food was also very great and please I will want that same kind of pasta when next I'm around.

Not a nice experience, the front view is ming bowing but getting inside it was a different story, the room had a very bad smell, the bed sheet was dirty and the toilet looked unkept, I had to stay for one night and did not get to try your food. with the beautiful structure like what you have please get good and clean people to manage your hotel.

Bad hotel bad service

I checked in 13/05/2016 and they told me about complimentary breakfast and after dishing my food in the morning ,I was told I can't eat because it's weekend rate they gave me. What an embarrassment after dishing my food in front of other customers. Customer Service is rubbish, please stay away from this hotel. I cancelled my remaining 3 days stay. What a shame has to move to Nippon few mins away. The water in the zinc wasn't draining ....what a bad experience
