Not Impressed

the hotel was ok and it did meet my standard in some ways, but the hotel still needs a lot of improvement, the environment ws ok too. The customer service were very slow to respond to me when asked for anything...on one occassion taking about 2 and the half hour before returning. There was also an incident whereby around 1:30am the customer service were calling and banging on the door asking for balance,that they want to close their account like i was running away in the middle of the night disturbing my sleep...it was so embarrassing
