Your hotel needs a renovation. I wasn't really comfortable with your services and facilities. The bed in my room was not good at all, It was bent to one side and the bathroom looked dirty, it wasn't a nice experience. I expected more from this hotel when I checked in, but the reverse was the case. You really need to improve your service quality, food quality and customer service quality. The location of this hotel is okay but the hotel needs a renovation.

Your hotel was okay but not excellent, the meals and service was okay, the lady that the kitchen took almost two hours for any meal that you ordered for and even when you try to complain the lady had this very hard face on that says "not in the mood" which made me keep my opinion to myself, the environment was very clean which made me comfortable. I like your hotel and I want a better service when I come back soon.

The hotel was a total mess, the environment is untidy and the room is dirty. I had to tell them openly. They need to work on that.

The pictures of the hotel is misleading, i regretted going there, horrible rooms, very dirty bed sheets , dirty environment. My night at d hotel was just horrible.

I was actually not expecting much from them but the little I got was not satisfactory. The accommodation was terrible, I wasn’t impressed at all.

This hotel is a disappointment. It does not speak in line with what is seen on the ratings and reviews sections on the website. I am highly disappointed.

The room I was given could not lock from the outside I had to change rooms twice to find a proper lock!! It was not good value for money at all for a so called executive room at 14,000naira. I would not recommend the hotel to my worst enemy the place is a disgrace and not befitting to be called a hotel.

Considering the room rate, the hotel is averagely good. I didn’t stay for a long time so I can’t rate the hotel much but I will be here again next month I will surely have something to say by then.

I enjoyed my stay very much especially with the internet/cybercafé and the barber shop all were very handy. The rooms are ok and airconditioned. Its location that I like the most, which is close to the shops. I have told my friends to stay there whenever they are in Abuja.

I have stayed in the hotel off and on for about 2 years but on my last stay it seems that the standards are slipping. My bathroom had no light and the receptionist was not as alert and friendly as in previous visits. I vowed not to return unless they embrace the high standards for which I choose them in the first place and its location.

The room service of this hotel was very poor, I ordered for a breakfast and a drink it took them more than one hour to be delivered. My room was okay and well arranged but they need to work on their shower, everywhere was messed up with water after bathing. All the same I enjoyed myself and would definitely recommend the hotel to friends.
