The refrigerator and air condition in the room I was given initially wasn't working, I latter changed to a better and more comfortable room.

Staying at your hotel was wow, checking in was easy and fast, the environment was very neat and well kept. When you are staying for a long time in an hotel you will expect for them to be different but this was never the case, all the complains I made were taken care of and the room service was also fast. Please I need your hotel to work on the kitchen part, there should be more meals to choose from the meals menu and it's should be made fast.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel,the rooms are beautiful and well structured.The bathroom is clean and filled with the necessary toiletries.The management need to improve on it general cleanliness and provide clean water

All the services were okay except for the yellow water which I guess is peculiar to that area.

My stay was just okay, although there were too many mosquitoes I could barely sleep. The water wasn't clean as well.

This was probably the most worst hotel I have ever and will ever stay. My company booked us here for four nights and it was the most hellish night I have had to endure. I changed up to 8 rooms till I found one I could manage. Cobwebs. TV without remote. TV was not clear at all. Didn't watch news throughout my stay. No light in the toilet. No hot water. Mosquitoes-infested rooms. The outside bar played music till day break denying me a good night sleep. The food was skull crap and the lady in the kitchen cheated me. Broken shower and the toilet could not flush. Had to use bucket to flush the toilet. They had nice staff whom I wish had a better hotel where they could display their good work attitude.

My stay was okay, the only problem was there wasn't water running at some point. The staff were helpful in that aspect though. They provided water for us when we needed it. I think they should find solution to the water issue on time so as to ease the stress on they and their clients.

The hotel is not up to my standard, I could not check-in.

My stay at the hotel was good, my room was clean and beautiful but there was no security, the power supply was not constant, water heater was not available. They really need to work on their facilities too and renovation.

I don't know if I should be complaining given the fact that your hotel is quite affordable. I found a cockroach in the bathroom. The heater wasn't working, I had to bath cold water every time. It wasn't nice. In fact, the bathroom wasn't good at all, it needs refurbishing.

My stay was short because I had an urgent call to leave Lagos but the night I spent at your hotel was great, the service was fast and the Wifi connection was great, the receptionist was really welcoming and asked that the meal I ordered for should be done immediately since I got to the hotel late. My room was big and very neat, I will be in Lagos soon and I'm looking forward to another great service in a comfortable environment.

the hotel did not really meet my standard, it was nothing to what i anticipated for... the building is old, The environment was very flooded, we had to climb through blocks to gain access into the hotel, the rooms was not too comforting we had to check out to another hotel the next day. Also, there should be proper communication between the hotel management and hotels.ng on any reservation made online to avoid customers being stranded and embarrassed

The worst hotel I have stayed. Noisy. Dirty. dilapidated. Good Staff. Dirty water. Leaking and broken shower. No hot water. Terrible food. The lady in the kitchen even cheated me.
