The room I booked for was nothing to write home about, I upgraded and there is no telephone in her room.

Very poor arrangement, I was informed that Generator can only be turned on by 6 am. Poor management.

Serene environment, nice bar, but the rooms are outdated with old box TV with cockroach everywhere. Door handle has fallen out and is not replace. Fan switch is naked, u could get electrocuted , nothing about the room is good. I had a bad stay in this hotel.

The hotel is good value for money. Although it is affordable, most facilities are intact. The AC in my room was a bit noisy though, like it has been overworked and needs replacement. It will be great if this taken note of.

My stay at the hotel was really nice,there was good power and water supply. The only issue I had was the leakage in the bathroom and also a very slow response from the customer service. They really need to work on their customer service.
