It was a terrible experience, very crappy settings; they need to be well organized in their service delivery. When I got to the hotel no room was prepared for me despite the fact that my reservation was confirmed and it took a while for that to be done. The room was mosquitoes infested and very uncomfortable. Food from the restaurant was also poor. The management needs to upgrade so they do not to lose customers.
