Reviews of Kiko Hotel

I lodged again this year due to how I was treated the last time I visited but, to be honest, my experience this time was terrible and I don't think I will be lodging in Kiko when next I visit Benin. Staff make a hell of noise especially at night, no intercom in the room I lodged, no water heater, no foot mat in the bathroom. The guy who took us around the rooms lack courtesy.

Kiko hotel is the worst place to be. Room service was very bad, environment not conducive. Cockroaches in the room. Bad hotel.

I had a good time at the hotel, although they need to upgrade some of their services. Overall, though, I can say that Kiko hotel is a good hotel, as my stay was pleasant.

I really liked the time I spent at your hotel, the staff were quick to response and gave attention when you need that. I was welcomed well and the laundry guy was also good at his job. The only problem I had was with hot was in my room, it was not working at all so when ever I needed to bathe I just had to ask like 30 minutes in advance. I liked the fact that I could ask for any thing and be given great attention.

It's an Elegant Hotel, Walk-in Entrance was lovely. Good Customer Service Staff very receptive to guests. But the room for the Mini-Single is very small and the Heater in the bathroom doesn't work had to Call for every time i needed to take a bath , but meals were delightful. Overall, it was a nice getaway in Benin City.

My stay was terrible, no heater in the standard room I used,as am an aged person that would need hot water to take my bath, I had to call each time I needed hot water. The room I stayed was small and not up to standard. They should work on their facilities and equip their hotel because people pay more and get less.
